He owned the AI direction at Rosbank as Head of AI — building the bank's AI platform from R&D sandbox to production with observability, cost control, guardrails, and CI/CD — and continued as AI Lead at T-Bank after the M&A.
His focus is the full lifecycle of production-grade agentic systems: design, evaluations, observability, MCP and A2A tool integration with corporate data, and context engineering. He has managed three cross-functional AI teams of 30+ specialists and led accelerator programs with 10,000+ applications and 500+ graduating teams at Moscow Innovation Cluster.
