Sound familiar?

Almost every company website has a news section. Very few of them are alive.

Last post: March

The section looks abandoned

A prospect opens “News”, sees a post from six months ago and draws their own conclusions about your company.

No one to find, write and fact-check

Marketing has other priorities

Finding a story, writing it, checking the facts — there’s never time, so news comes out in fits and starts. Hiring an editor just for the website is hard to justify.

ChatGPT is fast

…but it doesn’t answer for the facts

One made-up number published under your brand costs more than the time you saved.

Why EdiDesk

Not just another AI writer.
A complete newsroom.

01

Full cycle

From finding the news to publishing it

Monitoring sources, picking what matters to your industry, planning the angle, writing, fact-checking, editing, legal checks, the cover image, publishing to every channel and a weekly digest. One loop — nothing to glue together.

02

Industry news

What happened this week, not evergreen filler

Regulators, competitors, trade media, research. EdiDesk follows your sources every day, drops what’s off-topic and merges five reports of one event into one story.

03

Professional copy

Written like an editor, not like a chatbot

News, analysis, explainers — each with its own format, length and headline rules. A voice preset to start with, or your own voice learned from your texts; banned clichés stay out.

04

Multi-level quality control

Five checks before anything goes live

Every claim against its sources. A second model judges the evidence. An editor agent reviews the text against the brief. A legal check per channel. And a quality bar: anything doubtful doesn’t go out.

How it works

Set it up once.
It runs. And runs. And runs.

01

Pick your sources

Industry media, regulators, competitors. Paste the website addresses — EdiDesk finds the news feeds itself.

02

Set your voice

Upload 8–15 of your texts, or pick a ready-made style: business, neutral or lively.

03

Connect your website

WordPress and Webflow get regular posts. Other site builders get an embeddable news block in your design.

04

Let it run

From here the newsroom works on its own. You decide how much control to keep — and change it any time.

First stories land in a private feed only you can see. Nothing goes to your website until you connect publishing yourself.

Autonomy and control

Runs on its own.
You make the calls

The newsroom gathers news, writes, checks and publishes on schedule. You set the rules, see every step and take the wheel whenever you need to.

← more autonomymore control →

Fully autonomous

Stories go out on schedule with no one in the loop. You name an owner and check the feed when it suits you.

Edge cases go to you

Clean stories publish themselves. You only see the ones with a question about facts, wording or topic.

You approve everything

The newsroom drafts, you approve. A daily email lists what’s waiting for your decision.

Set the mode separately for industry news and for your own stories. Start with “You approve everything” and let go once you trust the quality.

Doubtful? It doesn’t go out

If a fact contradicts its source, the newsroom re-checks it and fixes the text from the sources. If it can’t, the story isn’t published: in autonomous mode it’s dropped, in other modes it waits for you.

Your rules for each channel

You decide what goes to each channel. For example: every story to the website, only the best three a day to Telegram, and stories on a sensitive topic only after your sign-off.

Unpublish any time

A pulled story disappears from the channel and goes back to drafts. Fix it, publish again.

Every step on record

A passport for every story and a log of every action — by people and by the newsroom: who did what, and when.

What you get

What your company gets

A steady flow of industry news

One setting controls how many stories a week. They go out every day on schedule — no gaps for holidays or busy weeks.

Your own company news, the easy way

Send a press release, facts or a few points — in the app, in Telegram or by email. The newsroom writes it up to a professional standard and checks every fact against your materials and open sources. If something is missing, it asks you instead of making it up.

Your voice, not “AI voice”

EdiDesk learns your rules: sentence length, headline format, the words that should never appear.

SEO and GEO

Titles, descriptions, tags and search markup come with every story (SEO). A clear structure, a source for every claim and an AI-readable site map help ChatGPT and other assistants find and quote you (GEO).

One story, every channel

A story goes out on your website, Telegram and Facebook at once, formatted for each. For every channel you choose what it gets: everything, only the best, or just a few a day.

No newsroom on payroll

No writing, fact-checking or proofreading. A marketing or PR manager with no editorial background can run it.

Fact-checking and compliance

Every claim, traced to a source

Your company answers for what it publishes. That’s why every story has a passport: where the facts came from, who changed what, who approved it.

A status for every fact.

Confirmed by several sources, by one, or contradicting its source.

Built for the AI Act.

Article 50 applies from 2 August 2026. Stories published without an editor get the AI label automatically; when your editor reviews a story, the passport records who checked it and who is responsible — so you can show how every story was handled.

EU checks before anything goes live.

Sanctioned media, hate speech, special-category personal data under GDPR — and the claims that get company sites fined: unproven “green”, comparisons with competitors, health claims for food.

Transparent about AI.

AI-generated images are labelled on the page and in the metadata, with origin and usage rights on record.

History can’t be rewritten.

Every hour passport records are anchored to a public blockchain. Anyone can verify them — without EdiDesk and without trusting us.

Rules and regulations

Strict compliance,
not good intentions

Before a story goes to any channel, it passes a legal check. Rules aren’t a hint to the model — each one is a check with a set action, so a violation never slips through to your readers.

Rule sets per jurisdiction

EU rules and general editorial rules. Sets are attached per channel, so each website or Telegram channel is checked by the rules of its own audience.

An action for every rule

Unpublish, stop publishing, send for review, fix the text, add a label, or just log it. If several rules fire, the strictest action wins.

Labels where the law requires them

AI-generated text and images under the AI Act — labelled automatically, on the page and in the metadata.

Every hit in the passport

What was found, which rule and which legal basis, what was done and who decided. Ready to show your lawyer or a regulator.

Editorial standards

Built like a news agency,
engineered like infrastructure

Story dossier & deep research

Before a single word is written, the desk builds a case.

It pulls conflicting reports, the backstory, numbers and expert commentary. You get industry reporting with context — not a retold two-paragraph press release.

Transparent editorial filter

Every editorial decision leaves an audit trail.

See exactly why an event was covered or dropped — relevance, novelty, your guidelines. A control sample of rejected news shows the newsroom isn’t missing what matters.

Canary testing & zero blackout

Updates never break your live site.

Every new version first runs on a test newsroom and has to pass a full news run before it reaches you. If anything goes wrong, it rolls back automatically.

Multi-model gateway failover

Your news cycle doesn’t stop on an API outage.

If a model provider goes down or hits its limits, the gateway switches to another one and tells you why in plain words. Your publishing schedule keeps running.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from SEO content generators?

A generator writes texts for search queries. EdiDesk runs a feed of real events in your industry: it checks every fact against its source, runs a legal check for every channel and records every decision in a story passport — anchored to a public blockchain, so it can’t be rewritten after the fact.

Why does it cost more than a generator?

You don’t pay for words — you pay for a news section that is alive every day, with nothing unchecked going out under your name. One wrong number or an unproven “green” claim can cost more than a year of the subscription. The fair comparison is an in-house editor or an agency — and they cost many times more.

Who is responsible for what gets published?

Your company — as with any text on your website. That’s why autonomous mode requires a named owner, and every story’s passport shows who approved what.

Will readers be able to tell it’s AI-written?

Stories follow your style rules, without filler like “groundbreaking” or “in today’s fast-paced world”. Open the examples above and judge for yourself. AI-generated images are always labelled — it’s good practice and increasingly a legal requirement in the EU.

Isn’t this just rewriting other people’s articles?

Each story is written from scratch from the facts — the original source and other reports of the same event — without copying anyone’s text. Every story links to its source.

How does it connect to our website?

WordPress and Webflow receive regular posts. Other site builders get an embeddable news block in your design. For your own systems there’s RSS, webhooks and an API. No website yet? Launch a news site on EdiDesk with your own domain.

Where is our data stored?

Every company works in its own isolated environment: stories, sources and settings are never visible to other customers. Support staff enter your workspace only with your permission, and every visit is logged.

What happens if we cancel?

Published stories stay on your website. You can download your whole workspace — stories, passports, sources and settings — as one archive. Once the workspace is deleted, the data is erased and can’t be recovered.
